Easy Protein Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- @barebells.uk vanilla shake or protein powder
- 1 Tbsp @fage_uk yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Toppings
- blueberries
- strawberries
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and mix well
Refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours
Add desired toppings and serve cold
