Easy Protein Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • @barebells.uk vanilla shake or protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp @fage_uk yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and mix well

  2. Refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours

  3. Add desired toppings and serve cold
