Healthy Baklava Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 45 grams of oats
- 150 ml oat milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cardamom
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. orange zest (or orange juice)
- 1 tsp. almond butter
- 1 tsp. maple syrup or date syrup
- A handful of pistachios
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the pistachios together.
Transfer the mixture to a sealed container or jar.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add the pistachios and serve. Enjoy!
