Healthy Baklava Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 45 grams of oats
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cardamom
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. orange zest (or orange juice)
  • 1 tsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup or date syrup
  • A handful of pistachios

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the pistachios together.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a sealed container or jar.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, add the pistachios and serve. Enjoy!
