Oatmeal Apple Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup cubes of jicama, frozen;
- 1 apple, cut into cubes and frozen;
- 1/4 cup oats (i used them soaked overnight in nut milk);
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- pinch pink sea salt;
- 1/2 cup oat milk;
Preparation
Boost options: 1 Tbsp salted caramel protein shake or 1 tsp maca, or baobab
Blend everything until very creamy and smooth. Add more milk if needed
I topped with fresh strawberries, fresh figs, cacao nibs, bee pollen, extra almond butter and soaked buckwheat groats
