Oatmeal Apple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubes of jicama, frozen;
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes and frozen;
  • 1/4 cup oats (i used them soaked overnight in nut milk);
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
  • pinch pink sea salt;
  • 1/2 cup oat milk;

Preparation

  1. Boost options: 1 Tbsp salted caramel protein shake or 1 tsp maca, or baobab

  2. Blend everything until very creamy and smooth. Add more milk if needed

  3. I topped with fresh strawberries, fresh figs, cacao nibs, bee pollen, extra almond butter and soaked buckwheat groats
