Pistachio Flavored Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50 g oats
  • 60 ml plant-based milk
  • 60 ml plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio paste
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend the pistachio paste with the plant-based milk to make pistachio milk.

  2. Mix this pistachio milk with the oats, plant-based yogurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and vanilla syrup.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve with pistachio nuts at the bottom, a layer of chia pudding on top, and garnish with pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes.
