Pistachio Flavored Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50 g oats
- 60 ml plant-based milk
- 60 ml plant-based yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pistachio paste
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup
Preparation
Blend the pistachio paste with the plant-based milk to make pistachio milk.
Mix this pistachio milk with the oats, plant-based yogurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and vanilla syrup.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serving suggestions
Serve with pistachio nuts at the bottom, a layer of chia pudding on top, and garnish with pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes.
