Raspberry White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 30 grams oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 150 ml plant-based milk
  • 50 ml plant-based yogurt
  • A handful of raspberries
  • 30 grams vegan white chocolate
  • Optional chopped pistachios

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana, oats, flaxseed, milk, and yogurt together and pour into a bowl, or skip blending if preferred.

  2. Mash a handful of raspberries, thaw if frozen, and spoon over the oat mixture.

  3. Melt the vegan white chocolate and pour it over or create a swirl with the raspberry mixture.

  4. Optionally sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

  5. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.
