Raspberry Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mug oats
  • water
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 2 big spoons Vanilla Plant Protein
  • 1 spoon Acai
  • sliced banana
  • raspberries
  • pomegranate
  • pecans
  • blueberries
  • coconut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 mug oats, water, pinch of Himalayan salt, 2 big spoons of Vanilla Plant Protein, and 1 spoon Acai.

  2. Add sliced banana, raspberries, pomegranate, pecans, blueberries, and coconut butter.

  3. Leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.

  4. In the morning, enjoy the ready-to-go breakfast.
