Strawberry Pudding with Chocolate Pearls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can coconut cream with the liquid
  • 150 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener
  • Probiotic chocolate pearls or chocolate chips
  • 10 g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend together the coconut cream (including the liquid), 150 g of strawberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 10 g of chia seeds.

  2. Reserve some strawberries for decoration and set aside the chocolate pearls or chocolate chips.

  3. Arrange the blended mixture into glasses.

  4. Decorate the pudding with the reserved cut strawberries and chocolate pearls or chocolate chips.

  5. Refrigerate the pudding to chill, or enjoy it right away.
