Fudgy Chocolate Peanut Protein Slice

Ingredients

Base

  • 5 gluten free weetbix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp brown rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Middle

  • 1 can of chickpeas rinsed
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • Crushed peanuts

Preparation

  1. Blend together all of the base ingredients in a processor.

  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking tray and put it in the fridge while making the middle layer.

  3. For the middle layer, process all the ingredients together until a smooth, thick batter forms.

  4. Layer it on top of the base.

  5. Sprinkle some crushed peanuts on top.

  6. Place in the fridge for a few hours.

  7. Slice and enjoy.
