Fudgy Chocolate Peanut Protein Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 5 gluten free weetbix
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Middle
- 1 can of chickpeas rinsed
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- Crushed peanuts
Preparation
Blend together all of the base ingredients in a processor.
Press the mixture into a lined baking tray and put it in the fridge while making the middle layer.
For the middle layer, process all the ingredients together until a smooth, thick batter forms.
Layer it on top of the base.
Sprinkle some crushed peanuts on top.
Place in the fridge for a few hours.
Slice and enjoy.
