Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
Peanut butter layer
- 3/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
Chocolate layer
- 3/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder
Preparation
Mix ingredients for each layer separately in different bowls.
Add chocolate layer into tray lined with baking paper and freeze for at least 10 minutes.
Once chocolate has set, take out of freezer and pour peanut butter layer on top and freeze again until set.
Keep stored in freezer until ready to eat. This recipe makes 8-12 pieces depending on size.
