Tahini Cherry Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate discs
- 2 tbsp Basil olive oil
- Flaky Sea salt
Preparation
Drain cashews and add to a blender.
Add cherries, maple syrup, tahini, vanilla, coconut milk and salt.
Blend until creamy.
Pour into popsicle moulds and place in the freezer to set.
Place chocolate and basil oil in a microwave safe jar and melt until smooth.
Dunk frozen pops in chocolate.
Sprinkle with salt and freeze for another 30 minutes.
Tips
If basil olive oil is unavailable, use regular olive oil.
