Single Serve Cinnamon Muffin
Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Granulated Sweetener
- 1 tbs Nut Butter (@macr0mike snickerdoodle)
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike snickerdoodle)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Add banana to a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin or mug.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, cover with cinnamon sugar*.
Serve warm.
