Single Serve Cinnamon Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter (@macr0mike snickerdoodle)
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike snickerdoodle)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

  2. Add banana to a bowl and mash with a fork.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or mug.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Once cooked, cover with cinnamon sugar*.

  7. Serve warm.
