Choc Raspberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike Strawberry Cheezecake - d/c “amb-han”)
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Chocolate and Raspberries to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Add ingredients to a bowl. Stir until combined and smooth before folding through chocolate and raspberries.

  3. Pour into a ramekin/mug and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate/nut butter. (Try @macr0mike Choc Biscuit almond butter.)

  5. Alternatively, cook in the microwave for around 2 minutes, depending on desired consistency.
