Choc Raspberry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike Strawberry Cheezecake - d/c “amb-han”)
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Chocolate and Raspberries to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Add ingredients to a bowl. Stir until combined and smooth before folding through chocolate and raspberries.
Pour into a ramekin/mug and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of chocolate/nut butter. (Try @macr0mike Choc Biscuit almond butter.)
Alternatively, cook in the microwave for around 2 minutes, depending on desired consistency.
