White Chocolate Mint Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp nut butter (such as powdered almond butter)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- White chocolate (amount to taste)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, add the oat flour, baking powder, sweetener, nut butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin or oven-proof dish.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the baked oats are set and golden.
Remove from the oven and top with more white chocolate, almond butter, and crushed candy cane.
