Protein-Packed Chocolate Raspberry Single Serve Pop Tart

Ingredients

Pop Tart Dough

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbs Sweetener (e.g., @natvialiving)
  • 1 tbs Chocolate Protein (e.g., @macr0mike)
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter (e.g., @macr0mike)
  • 1 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
  • 2-3 tbs Almond Milk

Filling

  • Raspberry Jam
  • Choc Chunks (e.g., @natvialiving)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the pop tart dough to form a thick dough.

  3. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.

  4. Spread raspberry jam and chocolate chunks on one half of the dough.

  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.

  6. Place the assembled pop tart on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
