Protein-Packed Chocolate Raspberry Single Serve Pop Tart
Ingredients
Pop Tart Dough
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Sweetener (e.g., @natvialiving)
- 1 tbs Chocolate Protein (e.g., @macr0mike)
- 1 tbs Nut Butter (e.g., @macr0mike)
- 1 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
- 2-3 tbs Almond Milk
Filling
- Raspberry Jam
- Choc Chunks (e.g., @natvialiving)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the pop tart dough to form a thick dough.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
Spread raspberry jam and chocolate chunks on one half of the dough.
Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
Place the assembled pop tart on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
