White Chocolate Mint Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder*
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • White Chocolate (amount to taste)
  • *I used @macr0mike White Hot Chocolate. D/c “amb-han”

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth and combined.

  3. Pour into a ramekin and bake for around 20 minutes.

  4. Top with more white chocolate, almond butter, and crushed candy cane.
