White Chocolate Mint Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Protein Powder*
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- White Chocolate (amount to taste)
- *I used @macr0mike White Hot Chocolate. D/c “amb-han”
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth and combined.
Pour into a ramekin and bake for around 20 minutes.
Top with more white chocolate, almond butter, and crushed candy cane.
