Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy yoghurt

Toppings

  • granola
  • more soy yoghurt
  • a few slices of banana

Preparation

  1. Chop the peach.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. Stir in the liquid, adding half the almond milk first and stirring, then add the remaining half before going to bed.

  4. Leave in the fridge overnight.

  5. In the morning, top with granola, more soy yoghurt, and a few slices of banana.

  6. Serve with a side of coffee.
