Overnight Matcha Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp matcha (depending on how strong you want it)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine everything except banana in a container and mix well
Set in fridge overnight and prior to serving mix in mashed banana
For the apple I just sliced and apple thin and added it to a sauce pan with a tsp of maple syrup
Cooked it until softened, about 3-5 minutes
