Simple Overnight Oats Breakfast with Nutritious Additions
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp sweetener of your choice or 1 mashed medjool date
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together and set overnight in the fridge.
You can leave it in a bowl, place in Tupperware container or do whatever fancy thing you like to do with your oats.
Whenever you are ready to serve just top with your favorite fruit and eat it.
