Blueberry Banana Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 block of silken tofu
  • 1 medjool date or 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • a handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients

  2. Blend until combined

  3. Pour into a bowl or container

  4. Place in the fridge to set overnight

  5. Top with more blueberries
