Blueberry Banana Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/2 block of silken tofu
- 1 medjool date or 1 tbsp maple syrup
- lots of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- a handful of blueberries
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients
Blend until combined
Pour into a bowl or container
Place in the fridge to set overnight
Top with more blueberries
