Mangoes and Cream Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a block of silken tofu
  • 1/2 of a ripe banana
  • 1 date, lots of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp oat flour

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine 1/2 a block of silken tofu

  2. Of a ripe banana, 1 date, lots of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp oat flour

  3. Blend until smooth. Then, place desired amount of mango in a bowl and pour pudding on top

  4. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy the next morning or a couple days later
