Mangoes and Cream Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 a block of silken tofu
- 1/2 of a ripe banana
- 1 date, lots of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp oat flour
Preparation
In a blender, combine 1/2 a block of silken tofu
Of a ripe banana, 1 date, lots of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp oat flour
Blend until smooth. Then, place desired amount of mango in a bowl and pour pudding on top
Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy the next morning or a couple days later
