Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Fruits
Ingredients
- 5 grain cereal (combination of oats, rye, triticale, barley and golden flax)
- two dates
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup water
Toppings
- kiwi wheels
- strawberries
- wild blackberries
- pecans pieces
- dark chocolate morsels
Preparation
Chop the dates and strawberries.
Combine the 5 grain cereal, chopped dates, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1 cup oat milk, and 1/2 cup water in a pot.
Simmer on low heat until reaching a nice creamy consistency.
Serve the mixture in a bowl and top with kiwi wheels, chopped strawberries, wild blackberries, pecan pieces, and dark chocolate morsels.
