Yogurt Bowl with Superfood Toppings

Ingredients

  • 250 gram soy yogurt
  • A handful of Quaker Cruesli
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • A couple of blueberries
  • 2 small dates
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cashewnuts
  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. Place the soy yogurt in a bowl

  2. Add the Quaker Cruesli on top

  3. Drizzle with almond butter

  4. Top with strawberries, banana, blueberries, dates, chopped cashewnuts, and cocoa nibs
