Pink and Blue Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons of Chia seeds
  • 1/2 glass of coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 glass of milk of your choice
  • 1 spoon Blue Spirulina or Pink Pitaya
  • 1 spoon of maple syrup dash

Preparation

  1. Mix all together and put in the fridge.

  2. Stir once again after 10 minutes.

  3. Wait at least half an hour.

  4. Add more milk if you prefer it less creamy.
