Vanilla Poppyseed Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 200ml milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • a bit vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp poppyseeds
  • sweetener of your choice
  • some peanut butter
  • berries (blueberries)

Preparation

  1. Mix 200ml milk of your choice with 2 tbsp chia seeds.

  2. Add a bit of vanilla flavor, 1 tsp poppyseeds, and sweetener of your choice.

  3. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Stir it especially during the first 10 minutes.

  5. Afterwards, add some peanut butter and berries.

  6. Enjoy.
