Post Race Protein Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- a splash of vanilla extract
Toppings
- creamy yogurt
- fresh blueberries
- a drizzle of raspberry syrup
- a sprinkle of hemp seeds
Preparation
Cook the oats in water until soft
Stir in chia seeds, protein powder, and vanilla extract
Top with creamy yogurt, fresh blueberries, raspberry syrup, and hemp seeds.
