Golden Overnight Oats with Turmeric and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 c quick oats
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 c oatmilk
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  3. Top with banana and homemade granola.
