Creamy Turmeric Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oatmilk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 3 tablespoons yogurt of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- a pinch of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Store in the refrigerator overnight.
Top with almond butter, bee pollen, banana, and homemade chia jam.
