Creamy Turmeric Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oatmilk
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Store in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Top with almond butter, bee pollen, banana, and homemade chia jam.
