Chai Tea Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml oat milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chai tea
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds, mashed banana, turmeric, chai tea, vanilla extract, salt and oat milk and transfer it to a jar
Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator
The next morning, add the coconut yogurt, blueberries and pumpkin seeds and serve
