Chai Tea Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chai tea
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia seeds, mashed banana, turmeric, chai tea, vanilla extract, salt and oat milk and transfer it to a jar

  2. Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator

  3. The next morning, add the coconut yogurt, blueberries and pumpkin seeds and serve
