Date and Tahini Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 medjool date
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to thicken and cook for about 3 minutes.
Remove from stovetop and begin to top with fruits and seeds.
