Date and Tahini Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to thicken and cook for about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from stovetop and begin to top with fruits and seeds.
