Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Prepare to serve.
