Hearty Oat Bowl with Chocolate and Fruit
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- bunch of fruit
- dark chocolate
- ground flax
- maple syrup
Preparation
Combine 1.5 cups boiling water and 1/2 cup rolled oats.
Cook until just a little water is left.
Mix in 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder and 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds to make it creamy and add protein.
Top with desired toppings such as fruit, dark chocolate, ground flax, and maple syrup.
For best results, mix ground flax with a little maple syrup to create sweet clumps similar to brown sugar.
