Delicious Vegan Chocolate Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 50g/60g plain flour
  • 30g @myproteinuk protein powder
  • 5g chia or flax seeds
  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder, some salt
  • squeeze of a lemon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker.

  3. Cook until golden and crispy.

Flavor tips

  1. Adapt the recipe by using different flavored protein powders such as chocolate orange, carrot cake, blueberry and cinnamon, vanilla, or salted caramel soy isolate.
