Jammie Dodger Pancakes with Salted Caramel Chia Batter

Ingredients

  • 70g plain flour
  • 30g salted caramel soy isolate
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, salted caramel soy isolate, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, and baking powder.

  2. Mix everything together until well combined to form a smooth batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick baking pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan to form a pancake.

  5. Cook on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Repeat the process to make more pancakes with the remaining batter.

  7. Build your pancake stack by layering the pancakes.

  8. Spread some jam and fresh strawberries between the layers.

  9. Serve the Jammie Dodger pancakes with a Jammie Dodger biscuit on the side.
