Creamy Chia Pudding and Mango Nicecream
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 40g / 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 250ml / 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Mango nicecream
- 1 frozen banana
- 200g / 1 1/3 cup frozen mango
- splash of plant milk
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients and let it sit for 8-10 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes to avoid lumps.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add to your chia pudding and enjoy.
