Creamy Chia Pudding and Mango Nicecream

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 40g / 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 250ml / 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Mango nicecream

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200g / 1 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • splash of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients and let it sit for 8-10 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes to avoid lumps.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Add to your chia pudding and enjoy.
