Creamy Mango Nicecream with Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Nicecream

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut water

Chia pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients for the chia pudding to a jar and stir well. Allow to sit for an hour and stir well.

  2. Add the nicecream ingredients to your blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve topped with passionfruit, dried white mulberries and some sweet coconut nectar.
