Dreamy Creamy Mermaid Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 frozen ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 2-3 tsp blue spirulina
Preparation
Use a food processor or high-speed blender (at least 1000W) with a tamper/stick for best results when making the nice cream.
Avoid adding too much liquid to achieve a thick, creamy texture.
Blend patiently, allowing it to churn until creamy, and scrape down the sides or release air bubbles as needed, even if it requires stopping multiple times.
