Ingredients

  • 4 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2-3 tsp blue spirulina

Preparation

  1. Use a food processor or a high-speed blender with at least 1000W and a tamper for best results.

  2. Avoid adding too much liquid beyond what is specified.

  3. Be patient and let the mixture churn until it becomes creamy.

  4. Stop blending occasionally to scrape down the sides and release air bubbles, which may need to be done up to 10 times.
