Quick Berry Jam with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a microwave safe dish, combine chia seeds, frozen mixed berries and sweetener.

  2. Place in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

  3. Once cooked through, stir, mash and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

  4. You can do this step while you are waiting for your oats to cook or before cooking your oats.
