Easy Homemade Berry Chia Jam with Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-3 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (as much or as little as you like)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and cook gently for about 10 minutes.

  2. Let it cool down and transfer to a jar.

  3. Keep it in the fridge.

  4. This jam is a favorite and can be enjoyed on pancakes, porridge, crackers, ice cream, and fruit salad.
