Stove Top Mixed Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Juice of half an orange or 1-2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Add berries and chia seeds to a small sauce pan.

  2. On low heat, stir berries until fully thawed then add in orange juice or maple syrup and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and either use as is or allow to cool then store in a container in the fridge for later use.
