Stove Top Mixed Berry Chia Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Juice of half an orange or 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Add berries and chia seeds to a small sauce pan.
On low heat, stir berries until fully thawed then add in orange juice or maple syrup and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and either use as is or allow to cool then store in a container in the fridge for later use.
