Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • berry chia jam:
  • 2 c frozen mix berries
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs water (more or less)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice ( for taste and to preserve )

Preparation

  1. Combine all together and cook in a sauce pan low flame, smash the berries with a fork to desire consistency, I like my jam chunky, stir until all soft and yummy

  2. Let it cool down and serve

  3. You can store it in the fridge for about a week

  4. Enjoy
