Berry Chia Jam
Ingredients
- berry chia jam:
- 2 c frozen mix berries
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs water (more or less)
- 1 tsp lemon juice ( for taste and to preserve )
Preparation
Combine all together and cook in a sauce pan low flame, smash the berries with a fork to desire consistency, I like my jam chunky, stir until all soft and yummy
Let it cool down and serve
You can store it in the fridge for about a week
