Homemade Ginger Lemonade with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 70g peeled ginger, chopped
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 lemons cut into slices for garnish

Preparation

  1. Place the ginger in a food processor or blender.

  2. Add lemon juice and process until smooth.

  3. Add water and maple syrup. Mix well.

  4. Strain out ginger pulp.

  5. Serve in glasses filled with ice
