Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 5 tsp Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mash the raspberries, maple syrup and vanilla with a fork until the raspberries have broken up

  2. Stir through the chia seeds

  3. Transfer to an airtight container and leave in the fridge to swell and thicken (at least 4 hours or overnight)
