Raspberry Chia Jam
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 5 tsp Chia seeds
Preparation
Mash the raspberries, maple syrup and vanilla with a fork until the raspberries have broken up
Stir through the chia seeds
Transfer to an airtight container and leave in the fridge to swell and thicken (at least 4 hours or overnight)
