Mango Lassi Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 mangoes
  • 100 ml coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Cardamom

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds, yoghurt and milk.

  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

  3. Add maple syrup and mango before serving and mix well.

  4. Enjoy with more coconut yoghurt, granola and fresh fruits.
