Delicious Mango Lassi Chia Pudding Snack Jars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy plant milk
  • 1/2 cup plant based coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch ground cardamom, optional
  • Fresh mango

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and let set overnight.

  2. In the morning, separate into 2-3 jars or bowls, and layer with fresh mango.
