Delicious Mango Lassi Chia Pudding Snack Jars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup non-dairy plant milk
- 1/2 cup plant based coconut yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch ground cardamom, optional
- Fresh mango
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together and let set overnight.
In the morning, separate into 2-3 jars or bowls, and layer with fresh mango.
