Blueberry Muffin Stovetop Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or 1 scoop vanilla protein
Toppings
- plain unsweetened kefir
- Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey peanut butter
- warmed blueberries
Preparation
Heat a medium sized pan over low medium heat.
Add in all of the ingredients, mash the banana, stir well.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes so it doesn’t stick.
Add desired toppings such as kefir, Greek yogurt, honey peanut butter, and warmed blueberries.
