Banana Oat Bake with Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • one ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • splash of vanilla
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mash one ripe banana in a bowl.

  2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, 1 tbsp ground flax, 1 tsp baking powder, splash of vanilla, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup plant milk.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until the top is dry.
