Banana Oat Bake with Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients
- one ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp baking powder
- splash of vanilla
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Preparation
Mash one ripe banana in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, 1 tbsp ground flax, 1 tsp baking powder, splash of vanilla, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup plant milk.
Stir to combine.
Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until the top is dry.
