Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Handful blueberries
  • 1 scoop @nuzest_europe vanilla protein powder (can substitute with a sweetener of choice and some vanilla extract)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot or microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Cook over medium heat or in the microwave until oatmeal is soft and creamy, stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve warm in a bowl.
