Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add the bananas.
Then add the oatmeal, maple syrup, peanut butter, and baking powder.
Mix everything together with a spatula.
Then fold in the blueberries.
Line a cake or brownie pan with parchment paper.
Add the oatmeal mixture and smooth it out.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Remove from the pan and cut.
