The Best Combo

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats⁣
  • 1.5 cups silk cashew milk⁣
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (i used cashew but pb i think would be better)⁣
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey (i used walden farms sf walnut syrup)⁣
  • 1 egg⁣
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla or (i used vanilla stevia drops)⁣
  • 1/4 sea salt⁣
  • bake for 30-45 min depending on the size of your dish.⁣
  • cut the recipe in 4 servings, each piece is ⁣

Preparation

  1. Sea salt⁣

  2. Cup raspberry or strawberry jam or 1/2 cup berries of choice⁣

  3. Preheat oven to 350!⁣

  4. In a medium bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients, add in the dry & mix!⁣

  5. If using jam, wait to add it to the top, if using berries, mixing at the end & frozen berries could be used too!⁣

  6. Bake in a greased dish (i sprayed with coconut oil)

  7. I used a circle casserole dish bc i didn’t have a 8x6 pan which is what i would have used

  8. Bake for 30-45 min depending on the size of your dish

  9. Makes about 3-4 servings depending on the size you make the portions! my sister doesn’t track macros but i calculated them for you;⁣
